Paint job and the work was fine, however I tidied up after Paul. Was a bit shocked that he wouldn't give us back the keys to the apartment and threatened us with this until his invoice was paid immediately. I promised I would pay before Christmas and did so but standard practice for self employed invoicing legally is you have 30 days for your invoice to be paid from the date of issue. Didn't appreciate the threat after we even raised the pay as Paul did this last minute and just before Christmas which we appreciated.
